Went in to get a quote to fix the damage done to my car. The reception staff were very professional. It didn't take that long to do the quote, even though I got there earlier than I expected, they took my car in earlier. The reception & wating areas were nice & clean. The fellow doing the quote was down to earth & professional too. I will update once the work is done.
I had the ultimate experience with The Body Repair Shop after an SUV hit me. I was greeted by the professional staff at the desk and the assessment was dealt with in a courteous manner. I dropped the car off wednesday 3rd December and was told up to 10 days to fix. Durlng start to finish, the staff contacted me to advise me of the procedures. I was contacted to say the car was ready way before its time on the 9th December and so excited to get it all finalised way before Christmas. I couldn't believe my luck. I am so grateful to all concerned. The work on the car was excellent and I am picky. The car was gleaming and so was I. I cannot rate the service, courtesy and professional services received highly enough. A rare thing these days. Thank you so much to all concerned. Will definitely recommend.
I had a minor collision back on June which while it dented the left front mudguard and cracked the left front headlight didn't render the vehicle unusable. Everything worked and I expected components from a wrecker could have been used plus paint to eliminate any superficial damage. Unfortunately the company wasn't willing to acquire used components and complained that new items weren't available so they refused to repair my vehicle. I will approach wreckers to obtain the necessary components and will arrange colleagues to repair the vehicle.
I've had reason to use the guys twice now for insurance repairs, both time the service has been outstanding. The vehicle was finished slightly quicker than predicted and to a very high standard. The vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. I definitely recommend these guys, great work.
