I’ve known this gym chain for 6 years and I want to say that at first I didn’t believe so much in it. The principles and culture of this way of starting to exercise and creating good habits and having knowledge of why it is important to exercise and how it affects health, is definitely in this type of gym. I arrived at this place already older and overweight believing that I could never return to my teenage weight and achieve it! The road is not easy because breaking with bad eating habits and learning again to have physical activity is not easy, but there is the detail! They support you, they teach you and there is a lot of support in this community, because a family is created with the people who are there with the same interest As for the price, unfortunately it is a little expensive, but if we put it on a scale, is the price against health? Health is priceless! Believe me, paying for this membership is worth it! If you can’t for the price, at least if I strongly recommend doing the 6 weeks of the challenge, losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks! And more if you are a person who has never exercised. The knowledge they will obtain will be the best their best reward and treasure they can find. They have changed my life and that of many people and I will be eternally grateful for that.

I have only been coming here since June 26, 2023, but feels like a lot longer. In that time, I've lost over 45 lbs. More importantly, for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm in control of my health. If you really dive in and apply yourself without reservation, you can truly transform your body and mind at The Camp with the guidance of the director, Sandra, and the staff.
Just finished their 6 week challenge and lost over 20 pounds. They have friendly staff and a foolproof program, so long as you stick to it. Love the workouts, love the trainers, love everything about this place!
Je suis venu au camp en m'attendant à un discours de vente et à des conneries, mais ce que j'ai obtenu était un peu d'intuition et de vérité. Brad était très ouvert, honnête et franc sur les services. La manière dont tout était présenté a facilité la décision. J'ai décidé de rejoindre les 6 semaines pour un total de 297,00. Oui, les gens, c'est un joli prix. Cependant le défi consiste essentiellement à mettre votre argent là où votre bouche est, ce genre de chose. L'argent est censé être une assurance que vous serez engagé à faire ce que vous dites que vous allez faire. La salle de sport était ouverte et bien aménagée. J'encourage tout le monde à venir pour une consultation et VOIS juste si cela vous plaît. Le camp offre une composante de soutien de groupe qui est unique et formidable.
