The receptionist reviewed my insurance and advised me that free visits are available as part of the network but did not mention any out-of-network charges. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to attract patients. I was taken aback by the unexpected medical bills and now find myself required to pay out of pocket.
I went to this dr.office for years and I can’t say anything thing bad about the office up stairs was great down stairs was great as well if I did not move to ga I will still be there Nathan hicks
Front desk : 5 star Waiting time : 1 star Dr Andriy Ilashuk, NP : 1 star Checked in at 522pm. After waited approximately 30mins I was told that Dr IIashuk would see me in a few, he was finishing some notes. Waited an additional 40mins (644pm). Never saw the doctor at that point I decided to leave. For sure he was not with a patient. Very unprofessional to make a patient wait over 30mins when he was not taking care of any other patients.
I’ve been a patient here on and off for almost 2 years. I’ve been able to excuse the rude phone etiquette with whomever handles the phones, the dirty look of the office and the unprofessional manner at which patients are handled by the front desk because Dr. McKay is very nice and has been helpful with my ailments. Today will be the last day I will be a patient. The young lady at the front desk spent the entire time I was waiting flirting with a patient standing at the front desk. Both were unmasked, although there is a sign that clearly says masks required and she was coughing my entire visit and not covering her mouth at all. In the midst of a pandemic I do not feel safe going here when health standards are ignored in a medical office.
The Center for Spine and Joint Relief has been my primary place for chiropractic care for 13 years. The chiropractors here have been taking care of my spine and neck as I have been a sufferer of chronic pain. Dr. Petracco and Dr. McKay are the best! They’re also the nicest people.Their technique in adjusting the spine is superb and every time I left this office after getting adjusted I felt awesome. You hardly have to wait to be seen and getting an appointment is simple and stress free. I’ve also been seen for acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy and all therapies are amazing. I highly recommend The Center for Joint and Spine Relief. This place has been a huge life saver and blessing to me over the years. I actually give it 10 stars!!
