Such a seamless process shopping with the Chesterfield Shop. Leela guided us through the experience, explaining cost differences and product options. My couch arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. The delivery crew was also fantastic. Overall a 10/10 experience.
I went to the Chesterfield Shop recently to buy a couch for my condo. I worked with Vanessa when I got there. Vanessa was extremely patient and accommodating. I had to go back to the store twice after taking additional measurements at my condo to make sure the couch would fit my space. I eventually had to make some adjustments to the original size of the couch I wanted and Vanessa was so helpful and offered so many solutions on what would fit my space best. I eventually got the same couch I wanted but she re-configured it differently to fit my space. I highly recommend this store and working with Vanessa.
Jane welcomed us very warmly and helped us pick the perfect recliners for my husband and I. She is extremely professional in knowledge and customer service. Fantastic to deal with . Our only complaint was her manager he was quite pushy. Kept interrupting our sale because he wanted her to work faster. That’s not how one should conduct business considering it’s not pennies we were spending. Jane we can’t thank you enough for our experience with YOU!! FYI store was in New Market
Our old leather sofa was originally purchased at Chesterfield store many years ago. We visited the local store on Yonge street to check out new sofas with no real plans to get the new one. So, we met Vanessa who showed us some models and provided useful information about the displayed sofas, colours and leather quality options. She was very friendly and professional guiding us thru the store and shared all relevant details. She was patient and helped us to get the right one. As promised, our new sofa arrived on time and we hope to enjoy it for many more years. We are assuming that all sales people at the store are good but would definitely recommend Vanessa to any potential customer.
I had a great experience shopping for a sofa at this store in Downton Core Toronto. The customer service provided by Binal Shah was excellenty! she was very helpful with my queries pointing out other options according to my living room space. I had it delivered next day in the morning and also the delivery crew was also excellent with timing and care. Totally recomment this store when shoping for furniture.
