This is our second cleaning from The Cleaning Authority and both visits have been great. This service was a maintenance from the original major cleaning they did in November. Both teams were friendly and professional. I’m very happy with the services received.

What's not to love? They are detail oriented, have customizable cleaning sessions and amazing employees. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. Many thanks to the Fresno Cleaning Authority their service gives me peace of mind of a job well done.

I asked for deep cleaning and was quoted for 3 hours. I was told a crew of 2 persons will be sent but only one person showed up. She barely cleaned one stand in shower on a newly remodeled bathroom (vanity and floors were brand new and did not need cleaning) and 2 windows by 2.5 hours. She asked to clean longer at extra charge. She did not even get to vacuuming or mopping, appliances, kitchen counter or cabinets. The company charged my credit card used on a previous service of over 2 years ago. The cleaners that time had done a good job and so I trusted this visit but was extremely disappointed this time. Not sure if previously they were under a different management or had better cleaners. Not happy and do not recommend them for homes or rentals. The cleaner moved very closely so as intending to stay longer and wanting to charge more for the additional time. I wanted deep cleaning and the lady sprayed and wiped without even wearing gloves. It was a total rip off. I was told owner will call me to discuss. Hopefully she does. I will be downloading before and after photos from my phone and posting.

Maria and Desiree (Team 7) are AMAZING! Maria has been our main cleaner for the last two years and she knows our house well. They'll clean places that I don't even see or recognize as needing to be cleaned, until I go, "Wow. They cleaned it!" Their attention to detail is wonderful and as the photo shows, they add small touches that make me smile, like folding the throw blanket into a bow for our bed!!

There were several areas that were not cleaned. When I called back to notify them, Maria was not apologetic and said that she would have the ladies come back to take care of it and that I will be charged for that extra time. I said, really? I will be charged for something that should have been done? She said as long it was only 20 min then they wouldn’t charge me. The ladies came back immediately to take care of it. No I don’t recommend The Cleaning Authority and No I will not be using their services again. 1 star for friendly cleaners. *Edit: They just charged me an additional $40. It took the cleaning ladies 20 min to do the second round of cleaning the areas they missed.
