I’ve been using my local The Cleaning Authority franchise for the past six months, and finally have enough experts leave a review. I have found the teams of cleaners who have come to the house to be careful, competent, and efficient. It took a few visits for the teams to get the hang of the house—how some of the built in appliances, bathroom fixtures, and light switches operated. Keeping the same crew was helpful with that. When a newer crew came a few times, and I had issues with the quality of the cleaning, the local management was understanding. At first I agreed with them to let the same crew come back and address issues, but when that didn’t satisfy me after two attempts the managers quickly offered to send back the earlier groups, who knew the house and had success in previous cleans, and they gave me payment credit for the unsatisfactory dates. So I recommend The Cleaning Authority both for the cleaning results and their management responsiveness. I’m pretty particular about the level of clean, and keep tabs based on how I’ve cleaned my own spaces. I’m very happy with getting within 5% of what I’d do myself; and not having to do it myself!!! Management has also been very helpful in occasionally letting me add additional areas, like our front porch, at reasonable prices. That’s a nice feature, too.
Very reliable arrangements with cleaners showing up on time, all 3 times. Only problem really is the $260.00 cost. The house is mostly vacant-– when living at my other house – and doesn't really get dirty. I don’t cook. Refrigerator and windows don’t get cleaned. Two rooms are not used except for storage. All cleaners do is mop and vacuum and change one bed. .. Wipe sinks. It IS helpful to have service only every four weeks. Its all that is needed.
I’ve used them for a few months now. They are reliable, thorough and quick. I like that they send a team of 2-3 which makes the time needed for cleaning minimal. They use a great rotation method in which a more thorough cleaning is done for certain areas. They leave documentation of what was done and what areas are next for the more thorough cleaning. Their communication is outstanding as they send reminders when cleaning is scheduled and another one when cleaning is completed. Nothing nicer than walking into a clean home.
