If I could give more than five stars, I would. Kerrigan Zambrana is truly the best real estate agent in the world. She worked patiently with me for several months to find my dream home and never once made the process feel rushed or stressful. She successfully negotiated a reduced sales price and seller concessions, and most impressively helped navigate a VA loan assumption in record time—something that requires expertise, persistence, and flawless coordination. Huge shoutout as well to The Coley Group for an outstanding overall experience, especially Kat Yarnell, who was an incredible closing coordinator. This team is professional, responsive, and truly client-focused. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
There were homes sitting in our neighborhood for months and we had literally 60 days to sell our home, Jesse and team sat down with us and gave us the lowdown.
