We are grateful to have hosted several events at this chic, and stylish venue. The space is modern and beautiful. It creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The feature I enjoy most is the extension into the outdoor area. The open space adds charm functionality and flexibility giving our guests an open airy space to relax and connect. The management has always been helpful making sure we had what we needed. Their support has contributed to the success of each of our events. We look forward to continuing using this space for future events and recommend it to anyone seeking a clean and stylish venue for any occasions.

The Monarch Venue is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible service. The team is so kind, generous, and genuinely supportive of the community. They’ve allowed us to host so many fundraisers and made the entire process seamless. Communication is always easy, and they are extremely accommodating and accessible. I am sharing my perspective on our experience with The Collective (now The Monarch) to help other hosts in their planning process. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided to move our event to a different venue. Throughout our planning stages, we encountered significant inconsistencies in the information provided to us. Even after bringing up our concerns, we did not feel heard. Looking back, it felt like the focus was more on our payment than on providing clear answers or good service. This led to a breakdown in trust that made us uncomfortable moving forward. While we take responsibility for not carefully reading every detail of the contract before making a payment, the lack of clarity we felt from the beginning was a major concern. For such a significant investment and an incredibly important day, we needed to feel 100% confident in the partnership and the outcome. Because that peace of mind wasn't there, we felt it was best to walk away.
