I cannot say enough good things about Chris with The Comfort Authority. Chris came out to do my annual A/C maintenance, and instead of rushing through it, he truly listened to concerns I’ve had for years. He took the time to look back through my service history and saw that I had been complaining about uneven heating and cooling for nearly five years. He didn’t brush it off — he went above and beyond. Chris climbed into my attic to inspect the ductwork, checked every vent in the rooms I was having problems with, and then clearly explained what was causing the uneven temperatures in my home. True to his word, five days later the team came out and made duct modifications. A week after that, they returned for a few final adjustments. For the first time in five years, my home is finally comfortable — my rooms are now within one degree of each other. The difference is incredible. I am so grateful for Chris’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to advocate for me. He truly went to bat for us and made sure the issue was fixed the right way. A huge thank you as well to Peter and Gary, who assisted with the duct modifications. The whole team was outstanding. If you’ve been dealing with comfort issues in your home, I highly recommend The Comfort Authority — and especially Chris!
Highly recommend The Comfort Authority, absolutely fantastic company and service! Our home a/c system was 9 years old and needed repairs. We contacted The Comfort Authority to ask for an estimate. Derek Deese came out to our home with a technician and did a full analysis of the system. Derek gave us options to repair or replace the system in a totally professional and no pressure way. Since it was close to end of life use at 9 years old, we chose to replace the entire system with a new air handler and condenser and new smart thermostat that links to our home WiFi with cell phone apps for remote control. Price was very reasonable and the lowest of all the competing quotes we received by far. We also added a whole home air purification system, surge protectors, and fogging sanitizer to clean and disinfect the entire ductwork system. We also added the 10 year warranty which includes all parts and labor. The installation team of Gary, Chris, and Michael did an outstanding job. They showed up at 8:00 AM the next day and worked for 11 straight hours. They removed the entire old system and installed the brand new system and were totally professional and walked us through operating the system. We signed up for the regular maintenance program which includes regular whole house a/c and plumbing inspection and maintenance. We are very happy with the new system which is operating perfectly. Highest recommendation for the Comfort Authority!
Ura from Comfort Authority was fantastic! He handled my AC maintenance thoroughly and took the time to explain everything he was talking care of in a very informative, easy to understand way. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and patient—especially with my wildly excited mini goldendoodle. Usually I have to keep my dog put away during maintenance visits, but Ura made sure to properly introduce himself, which made the whole experience stress-free for all of us. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend Ura and Comfort Authority!
I have had many experiences with the Comfort Authority and some of them have been very frustrating. However, unlike many other companies, The Comfort Authority has strives to make up for those particular experiences to make them better. Ultimately they want each and every customer to have a 5 star experience. Whether or not that is actually possible, I can't say for sure. I can speak on my own behalf and say that this has been the case for me. I've only had positive experiences on the phone with them - Whether that be with a representative or with the son or wife of the owner. My experiences with the technicians who have come to my home have all been positive. The main technician, Peter, is an honest person that wants the customer (me) to be happy with the product and services and also wants to make sure that all the details are clarified so that there is no confusion. My unit that was installed by them is and has been running as it should be. Moving forward I feel confident that I can rely on them to properly diagnose and correct any issues I may have. Overall, I feel that with the honesty, integrity, and willingness to right any wrongs - I feel they deserve 5 stars.
I called Comfort Authority after noticing my AC wasn’t cooling as it should and hearing an unusual noise from the inside unit I’m so glad I did! Rick, my technician who came out was absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what steps needed to be done to correct the serious issue I was dealing with! Rick didn’t just fix the issue; he checked everything thoroughly and made sure the job was truly done right before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer experience this well. Highly recommended! A great repair technician and a real asset to Comfort Authority. My AC is running perfectly again, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
