I love The Contact Lens Center—I have been a patient for over 20 years. They are helpful and courteous and are wonderful at putting you to ease. Always solve my eye problems if and when they arise too. Highly recommend!!

There is none better than Dr Wegman. She can absolutely fit anyone with contacts. She truly-from her heart- cares about her patients. She checks for everything you can imagine related to eyes and you too....lol. Her heart is gold!! Her skills phenomenal. Thanks for always caring. I love this physician. Her staff is as amazing-as well. You guys rock...

Dr. Nguyen and the techs were absolutely fantastic — extremely thorough, professional. . I definitely thought I found my new eye doctor in Dr. Nguyen who is excellent at his profession! However, I want to warn others about the checkout process and sales tactics. I was told by the front-desk staff that my two-year-old Cartier frames, which cost $2,500, were “warped” and might break if I had new prescription lenses put in them. That didn’t sound right, especially coming from someone who works the front desk and only eyeballed my glasses, so I went back to the authorized Cartier boutique where I bought them. Their ‘certified’ optician ( this is a skilled professional ) confirmed the frames are perfectly fine — the arm was simply adjusted to fit the alignment of my ears, which is completely normal. It’s clear the receptionist/check out staff member wasn't qualified to make that call and was just trying to sell me new frames I didn’t need. This experience ended on a distasteful note and ruined what was otherwise a great experience. They lost a sale and my trust. I am going to buy my contacts from them - reluctantly- but will never use them to buy glasses or lenses in the future and will warn anyone thinking of going here for eye exams to be cautious about their front desk sales pitch and verify any claim before purchasing. I shared the experience with my husband who also needs an eye exam and he doesn't want to deal with offices like this and will pass. If this is how this company trains staff I will keep my eyes open to other providers. This is what happens when you give commission structure to an unqualified staff person. Makes me sad. Btw if an eye glass specialist is unable to put in new lenses in 2 year old Cartier frames maybe they shouldn’t be in the business.

I had an excellent experience at this office! The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, the technicians explained each step of the exam clearly, and the doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. The office is well-organized, the team works seamlessly together, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office

The Contact Lens Center is fabulous! LOVE THEM! I have been taking my kids there — and myself — for at least a decade. Susan is marvelous when it comes to helping me pick out glasses for myself. Dr. Wegman is incredible. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. The customer service from everyone is wonderful — they all want to make sure you are well cared for.
