The absolute BEST balloon company for both small and large events!!! Prices are reasonable, they show up on-time, every time, for set-up and takedown, and come in with helpful suggestions. Every time I’ve dreamed up a design, crazy or not, they come through with a smile and a beautiful product. They understand the stress of large event planning and step in to alleviate that. And for small events, they provide just the right touch of love. I’ve referred The de Luxe Balloon Company more times than I can count and everyone has been so pleased.

I work for an event planning company and regularly deal with vendor/client connections. Recently we had a request for (next day) balloons and were able to find one of our usual vendors to fulfill the order. Unfortunately, the client confirmed a little too late (causing the vendor to no longer be available) and we were left with an immediate need for balloons the morning of the event. We didn’t want to disappoint the client so I spent my morning scrambling to message any balloon decor vendor I could find (I started with ones we have worked with before and then moved on to new connections). While we did have a few that were able to get us something (not specifically what the client wanted, but close), no one was able to fit it into the budget that the client had set. Finally, I found The de Luxe Balloon company and sent a text to Dakota and she answered almost immediately. Not only was she able to fill the order, but she made it work for the budget . . . and the client never even had to know that their vendor was switched. They got exactly what they wanted, within the price they had set. I’m so grateful to Dakota for making this work! Not only was she responsive, but she was so sweet to work with and did a wonderful job. She went straight to work on the order and had the balloons delivered before 11am (the event started at 11:30). I definitely saved her number in my phone and plan on reaching out again for any inquiries that she may be able to fill. Thank you again, Dakota!

Highly recommend The De Luxe Balloon Company which services the LA area! I worked with the owner Dakota and she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! When i say above and beyond that is an understatement! I was helping plan a birthday but i live in another state - she was able to help me with everything from balloons to recommending her favorite vendors in the area - she even went out of her way to help pickup the other items for me when she delivered and set up the balloons - it was beyond perfect and more than i could have ever asked for! Not only that but her prices were on point and she was generous with the amount of balloons! Extremely kind overall and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend De Luxe Balloon Company to anyone!!!
