Love this place and go each time we're in Belfast. Great Coffee, Fabulous cakes and pastries and super friendly service. Such a fantastic community resource.
What a brilliant place, it works as a honesty cafe, you pay what you think it’s worth. The people who run it are very friendly. They have a nice selection of loss tea and some delicious cake and biscuits. Well worth stopping in.
We had initially popped in to look at a menu but then one of the staff explained the concept to us. Although we were looking for lunch, we were encouraged to purchase food from other nearby food outlets, bring it in to eat, get drinks and sweet treats there and make a donation for what we had, with no prices. As this is a social enterprise, we were delighted to support it and enjoyed drinks and cakes. Lovely relaxed and welcoming place, free WiFi and the cakes were delicious. Please support this place generously.
Great little coffee shop. Good range of teas and delicious little cakes and biscuits. I would have posted a picture of the homemade jammy dodger but it was so good I ate it before I took a photo! Money goes to charity and you are asked to pay a donation which is a great idea. Very relaxing after a hectic museum trek next door.
Amazing discovery whilst I was visiting Belfast. It is the perfect place to enjoy a scone and cup of tea/coffee. They don't offer meals however you are welcome to bring food in from elsewhere and enjoy the atmosphere. There are a range of seating options from sofas to bar stools, and there are books to read during your visit or you can spend some time in the prayer garden, not to mention all of the incredible local artwork on display. The volunteers are super friendly and the whole café runs on the donations of the customers which is an excellent initiative. Would recommend to anyone who is nearby.
