My dog gets well taken care of. The groomers listen to customer requests. The cut itself is fantastic. My dog always receive lots of compliments :)

The dog barber is very professional when grooming my dog. My only issue is that when contacting the dog owners for pick up time the dog barber sends out text messages at the same time. This creates very limited parking outside the dog barber. I have a disability and found it very hard walking further away from the entrance. Please provide a disability parking spot out the front and space out owners picking up their dogs. UPDATE:The owner talked to me about not having a disability parking spot and said that my 4 star review was harsh. He did offer to bring the EFTPOS machine out to my car to pay as well as my dog to me (when there are no close car parks) but it made me feel like I'm useless. I felt very discriminated against by having a disability and you have lost a faithful customer of 4 years.

We took our boxer cross there for a de shredding treatment, as he is mixed with 5 other breeds and shreds so much. I couldn't be more happier with the results for our Kobi Bear. We try to wash him ourselves in the pet shop brand de shredding shampoo and after a wash ans dry he still has fur coming off him, but after today he hasn't dropped a single piece! Couldn't be more happier with the results and for the price too! Would highly recommend 👌

I gave them two opportunities to groom, a tidy initially and a full groom. Both were disappointing. I’m unsure how they have such a high review. The groom is very very choppy and looks like a home groom, his face is uneven and poorly done. I asked them to not keep his ears fluffy and clip them but they ignored this and kept them fluffy. I feel the need to take him somewhere else to get fixed up. Their staff are also inattentive and not friendly. I have lived in a number of cities and taken my dog to multiple groomers and this is one of the worst grooms particularly for the price tag. If other groomers can get him looking better then it’s not an issue with my dog it’s an issue with the groomer. They lack attention to detail and have poor grooming methods which is why he has shaver marks all through his coat. I would not recommend this place at all. Also this is not a fake review. The dog’s name is Gus and was groomed 7th Feb. Photo are provided as evidence and taken moments after. They are a snapshot of the worst parts but the whole coat has shaver marks in them and is uneven. Amendment: The owner has since reached out and apologised which was appreciated. He offered to re-groom which I agreed to and he is tidier now. I have added some additional photos of the re-groom to show the difference.

Quality of this place has notoriously declined to the point that I’ve decided to never return. I’ve been a return customer since 2023. Their work was much better when they were located at the garage. Feel like service has been replaced by a fancier place and increased pricing. The shop rescheduled my pup for a full groom with, what I suppose was, a senseless groomer. I was in tears seeing him after the so called summer groom. He doesn’t even look like the same pup. They almost shaved him off; misshaped and uneven cuts throughout, plus several bruises. I believe I would have groomed him better than what they did. Disgusted with Dog Barber and will not recommend to anyone anymore. Minus stars. PS Photos added of before and after (as going through reviews it seemed like these people rather attack back instead of acknowledging their bad service).
