Wow, Joanne has created the perfect home away from home doggy daycare and boarding service. She, along with her husband & daughter are so kind & caring that they literally treat your dog like one of their own family members. She makes everyday an adventure with non stop furry fun!! We feel so lucky to have found her, she’s our pooches fairy dog mother 🐾🥰 The Doodle House is AMAZING 🤩 🐶🤎🐾🥰
Our little cavapoo loves going to the Doodle House - as soon as we get out of the car she’s pulling me up Jo’s drive and clawing at the front door to get in! Jo has such warmth and genuine care for every dog staying at her house. Ours has done one overnight stay but having already been to the Doodle House many times for daycare we knew our little pup would have an amazing time and we were able to have a relaxing night away knowing she’d be cared for beautifully. Jo always gives regular updates and sends photos and videos of what the doggies get up to and I can see our little pup having a ball. Jo responds to messages quickly when asking about availability and getting booked in. I cannot recommend the Doodle House enough for doggy daycare and boarding. We know for sure that after our holiday in a few months’ time that our dog won’t want to leave the Doodle House ☺️
I was really excited when I found out about The Doodle House because I knew Jo when she was a childminder and I knew how much love and attention she gave to the children in her care. She now puts just as much effort and love into caring for the pups. Jo went above and beyond, taking great care of Cookie, sending loads of pics and videos every day, treating her as part of the family, allowing her to sleep beside her, lots of trips out to parks and doggie play centres, daily activities, paddling pools and doggie olympics! She even brought Cookie home to greet us as we got out of the taxi, what a lovely surprise! The kids were so happy to see her. It was lovely to see how Cookie had bonded with Jo and her family. We’ve already booked Cookie in with Jo for our next trips away.
Our little Frankie had an amazing time at the Doodle House while we were on holiday. Jo has been so thoughtful and loving, making sure he has had fun-filled days of activities as well all the home comforts. Our regular photo and video updates became a highlight of our holiday and we could see how happy he was. He’s made lots of doggy friends and is definitely missing Jo. I could not recommend the Doodle House highly enough and we are looking to secure a booking for next summer…
Jo is simply amazing! Our two Colliepoos/Bordoodles boarded with Jo for 8 nights and they honestly had THE best time! Jo is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and loved our dogs as if they were her own. I received updates with photos at a minimum of daily but often two to three times a day. Jo walked them a couple of times each day, provided lots of enrichment activities, tonnes of treats, booked dog parks and dog sensory rooms and provided so much love to the dogs. It was also a bit of a heat wave during their stay and Jo ensured they were properly taken care of with respect to the heat too. Jo’s house is perfect with a big open plan kitchen and a lovely garden with lots of space. Jo accommodated our dogs’ sleeping arrangements with their crate and allowed them to roam around the house during the day, relax on the sofa and even had the odd cuddle with Jo in her room. Our dogs weren’t only taken care of by Jo but they were accepted into and loved by Jo’s whole family whilst they stayed. Everyone in the house formed such a bond with the dogs. It was emotional collecting them because I could see how much The Doodle House had become a true home for the dogs during their stay. Jo does everything by the book, covers all bases with her forms and allowed us to organise multiple overnight visits on the lead up to the long 8 nights. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo more! Our dogs had an amazing time. Jo provided such peace of mind and it meant I could truly relax whilst away, knowing the dogs were having a great holiday themselves. We will be booking in with Jo as much as she’ll have us, she’s absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much Jo x
