Very professional with good communication during the process. Replacement parts took awhile but we are satisfied with the final product.
Mike was our technician he got here on time listened very well was very experienced. Fix the problem he could fix and informed us of everything else and left. I definitely will be using them again. In fact I’m about to call them and have an estimator come out and have some extra work done on the house now and then in the spring time also would recommend them very trustworthy and very knowledgeable
The entire team at The Electric Company did an amazing job from start to finish. From my first call through estimating, scheduling, communication, several days of work, clean-up, and follow-up, everything was handled really well. We had four different projects that needed new electrical work, modifications, and installations, and the quality was excellent. I especially want to thank Jack and his crew for their attention to detail and care. They were super thoughtful about how their work would look and function, and even brought up ideas we hadn’t thought of that made the finished results better. They also noticed that a previous contractor had uncovered the insulation from some plumbing lines in the ceiling and took the time to recover them for us to prevent freezing issues in winter. I honestly don’t know what more you could ask for. Great company, great people, and great work.
Art was great; professional and fast. Easy to schedule appointment and the fix was quick. I essentially had to pay $300 for a loose wire that took 45 minutes to fix, but I knew this was the price coming into it, so I am not complaining. Just be aware that quick fixes come with a minimum $200 charge if this is important to you. All that being said, I would highly recommend this company
