We’ve done multiple games at Berry Hill and always love it. This first Opry Mills location experience was top-notch! Reilly was a great guide and host, and the game was awesome (especially since we won it, haha). Made for a fun morning and a wonderful birthday for my son. Thank you!

We did the gold mine escape room and it was so much fun! It wasn’t too hard and there were unlimited hints with no penalties. River, our game guide, was super helpful and nice. If we are ever in Nashville again, we will definitely be coming back,

This is THE BEST experience I have EVER had at any escape room location. Kellin, Phoenix, and Kenzie were absolutely amazing and extremely kind. From the moment we came in they were very accommodating, granted we did our first escape room (Gold Rush) pretty late since we started at around 10 pm. Kellin was very enthusiastic and extremely friendly, her energy definitely made us excited to do the first escape room! Very grateful for Phoenix for suggesting that we do the gold rush room, it’s was definitely our favorite! Gold Rush was honestly one of the most fun escape rooms I’ve done! It’s very immersive and the decorations are really great! Kellin was an absolute superstar and offered us some sneak peaks at other rooms! We ended up doing the Special Ops even though it was a little late, the team was more than accommodating and very generous as they offered us a great discount! The Special Ops room was definitely more difficult than the gold rush room but definitely just as fun and immersive! Overall a 100/10 experience, they even gave us customized little escape cards that they drew themselves with our escape times! They also gave me a little birthday card which was so sweet! Kellin gave each of us little gift bags along with free merch and went absolutely above and beyond. We will be visiting again on Saturday because the customer service and attention to detail was the best I have EVER experienced.

Grace was an amazing guide! We had two birthdays in our group and she took the time to get them birthday postcards with all the employees signing it. Even finished it off singing Happy Birthday with us!

The Escape Game in Nashville at Opry Mills is a must do! We had a group of 5, and it was a blast. My partners wanted to try it and not use the clues. But, I wanted to escape, so I kept revealing clues. We played Gold Rush, and I highly recommend giving it a try. You'll love it! It's so fun and really makes you think! Also, it's a great way to celebrate a special occasion! Thanks Escape Game for such a fabulous experience.
