The Escape Game was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was exciting, immersive, and incredibly well run. Huge shout-out to Alex, our game guide, and Daniel, our host — both of them brought amazing energy, enthusiasm, and were so helpful in setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. You can really tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. We played The Heist, and wow — the room was beautifully designed with fun, clever puzzles and truly unique clues that kept us engaged the entire time. Every puzzle made you stop and think, and nothing felt repetitive or boring. My absolute favorite was the cork key inside the wine bottle — such a creative and memorable detail! If you’re looking for an escape room that’s challenging, visually impressive, and just plain fun, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back and try another room!

We did the Benjy was awesome guide through Africa! We loved our escape room with 14 minutes to spare. Had so much fun solving the mystery.

Want to give a shoutout to Rowan, first and foremost, for welcoming us (again) because we ran into him in Fisherman’s Wharf, and now here in downtown SF, and he was just as awesome as the first time.. thank you for that, Rowan!! And shoutout to Alex for being an awesome game master who I know was laughing at me the whole time and my shenanigans .. she was so awesome 😆😆.. Priscilla, also, was so incredibly sweet and kind in helping us with the process for another visit, and our checkout with one of the Christmas ornaments. Overall, every experience is a 10/10 (this was our fourth game - The Heist, which was awesome and challenging).. can’t thank you guys enough!!

Had a great time with Henry as our game guide! Brought my two younger siblings to play The Heist, and we finished with time to spare and three hints! We had a shared experience and loved our mixed up group. Henry said we did better than average, so I’ll take it! UPDATE: came back to play playground with a group of friends and had a fantastic time! Henry and Alex made it such a blast, definitely excited for my next adventure!
