Overall - really fun n engaging if you’re into problem solving with friends and want an engaging activity to do. Would recommend the Cosmic one if you like space/science stuff. Our guide, Dennis, was very nice and helpful throughout our time in there. Biggest thing I didn’t like was how it cost about $44/person after tax :,) Twas expensive if you think about other amusement activities you could do for the entire day vs. 1.5 hr. So while fun, I probs won’t come back unless I’m really in the mood for it. Being in the price range of $30-35 place felt more reasonable imo.
Fantastic for Teams and Families Alike! This was my second visit—first for a team-building event with colleagues, and more recently with my family. Both experiences were incredibly fun. This time, we joined another family, and our group of eight had a blast working together to solve the puzzles. The escape rooms are impressively built and themed; the attention to detail in the decor really immerses you in the story. The clues are clever and challenging, designed to spark your imagination without being frustrating. It was wonderful to see the kids just as engaged as the adults, everyone gets a great sense of accomplishment when they crack a code! The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. With seven different rooms to choose from, we’ll definitely be back to try them all.
Such a fun and puzzling experience! Staff is super nice and explains everything before you start, and answers your questions! There’s a place to put your bags down so you don’t have to lug them around and so they aren’t stolen! Clues are provided if everyone agrees on one, and they have no punishment to your time for needing one! They mentioned the doors are never locked, so you can leave at any point in time. We did the room called “The Depths”, and our party of 8 managed to get out with 16 minutes left. There’s a super cute shop with souvenirs like $7 pins for each room, along with shirts and things! Do keep in mind that if you have a smaller group of people they might put you with another group, and that all of your party arrives on time together because after the 5 minute grace period they take you to the room. (But that person can come in anytime!) I would definitely go here again! Such a fun experience :)
We had such an amazing time doing The Playground! From start to finish, it was filled with laughs, teamwork, and just the right amount of challenge to keep us on our toes. Our guide, Macy, was absolutely fantastic—she explained things clearly, gave us just the right hints when we needed them, and made the whole experience even more fun. It was the perfect team-building activity, and we left feeling energized and connected. Highly recommend this escape game to anyone looking for a great time with friends, family, or coworkers!
We did the Time Traveller Train and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! It was a high tech room with some pretty cool puzzles and immersion. The start can be challenging because there is a lot going on. However, once you solve a few puzzles, you get the gist of it and understand the more linear nature of the gameplay. A group of 4 is good for this room. More could feel crowded. About the business, the rooms are NOT private. For me, usually this is a negative. Fortunately, management is able to accommodate private only requests via special pricing. You can call ahead and enquire about it. Games accommodate up to 5 mins of late starts but after that, your countdown starts. There is no parking in the immediate area around the entrance. Best option is to park down the road in the Scheels parking lot. So take that walk into consideration for your time of arrival. Overall, we liked our first experience at this location. Game was fun, staff was friendly and caring, and facility was well maintained. We will return for their other rooms!
