I recommend The Exercise Coach for support around goals to improve and maintain strength and endurance. Initially, I was skeptical about making progress in 20-minute sessions twice a week but after four months I continue to get stronger. I am happy with the staff, format and results. I appreciate the option to choose 1:1 coaching so I can focus on physical effort while supportive trainers set up the equipment and monitor form. I work primarily with Shelby and her knowledge of body mechanics, and ability to individualize programming (including modifications for injuries and health issues) are exceptional.
The Excercise Coach is the best, most convenient way for me to stay strong and active. I just walk in and my coach takes over! Every part of the body is worked so efficiently that it only takes 20 minutes! My progress is tracked weekly. At age 73, I have regained muscle strength, a toned body and lots of energy. I have been working out at the Exercise Coach for 1 1/2 years. I am now participating in the strength training, balance and stretching programs for a total of 60 minutes a week. Max is an excellent and encouraging trainer. My arm and leg strength has increased considerably. The machine based balance exercises are keeping by balance strong. The stretching has increased my flexibility. One advantage is the parking in front of The Exercise Coach space so I don’t have to walk across a cold parking lot in the winter. Since my retirement February 2024 I have taken on a new mission in life. I decided now was the time to take control of my health, lose weight and exercise on a regular basis. Thanks to the Exercise Coach, they have helped me identify the best way to continue on this journey by helping me to push myself every time I walk through the door. I am proud to say I am 20 pounds lighter and looking ahead to losing 20 more. The trainers always encourage me to try my best and I am so grateful to them for helping me work so hard. My stamina has increasedd, I’m sleeping better, I feel healthier and my family have noticed the changes in my body! Jess is not only my trainer but has also become my friend. Shelby encourages me and makes me feel like I have accomplished so much when I walk out the door. I can’t wait to come back for my next session. I have noticed working around the house and out in the yard I have so much more strength and energy than I ever used to have! I am now much more able to keep up with my grandkids than I used to !
