A total scam, would not use them ever again. I find it surprising that Walmart would want to be associated with this company. I initially had this business install a new iPad screen. That screen ceased working after a month. Supposedly that screen broke but somehow without a crack in the glass. Either way I payed to have them replace the screen again. When I picked it up after it was “repaired” the screen had already delaminated by the time I got to my car. The associate glued it back down. I waited a day to use the device. Upon doing so I found an issue with the screen. The business is refusing to provide a repair or a refund.

I own a OnePlus 8 5G UW where the battery expanded and cover pushed partially off back of phone probably due to phone dropping. Multiple research confirm must use battery part BLPZ63 as replacement. At first tech kept pushing for BLPZ61, saying wouldn't be any issue but online search show otherwise. After several attempts communicating this to him he finally advise he'll need to order battery, be couple days. Paid half deposit on card $53. Couple days later didn't get a call or email, took initiative to call from my end, he confirm need more time and he'll call me when in. Almost week later still no update, finally tired of waiting and took initiative again on my end, he confirm couldn't get part. Would need to go back personally in order to get deposit back, which done earlier today but funds given back in cash instead of refunded to card. So wasted almost two weeks and phone still broken. Only giving three stars instead of one because of refund. Wrong parts trying to be pushed, lack of any follow up from techs end leading to current review.

Very quick repair! I had water damage that affected my screen. They seamlessly fixed my phone under 20 minutes. Excellent service. I will be visiting this location again for any future repairs.

Great service. My phone wouldn't charge using a cable. Came in here after work and took them 5 minutes to fix my charge port. I had an appointment with a different phone repair place and they told me it would take 4 hours and $120. Here it took 5 minutes and they only charged me $90. Definitely slept on. Don't let it being inside a walmart fool you. It's a fast cheap and reliable repair shop

I had a great experience at The Fix! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. You can tell they really care about their customers. The vibe inside is relaxed but clean and modern — definitely a good spot whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or hanging out for a bit. The service was quick, and everything was served fresh. Another thing I appreciated is that they offer 10% off just for leaving a review — and it doesn’t even have to be positive, just honest. That says a lot about how confident they are in their food and service. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. It’s a hidden gem, and I’ll for sure be coming back.
