My 80 year old grandma from Florida ordered flowers for my birthday and Christmas. She went through THEIR website and THEIR servicing. When I received the flowers they were not the same flowers or vase my 80 year old grandma paid $45+ delivery. I call the company to see what can be done because $45 is already ridiculous for what I received. I spoke with Yvonne and was automatically given attitude and she was cutting me off multiple times. She told me it’s not her fault or responsibility and I’d have to figure it out on my own and so would my grandmother. As someone who comes from a small business family , I would never treat any client like this. I did in fact hang up when she continued to be rude and nasty. Do not to business with them at all and do not trust their website for vases/fullness of flowers. I should have gotten the decorative vase with way more flowers. What I got was a clear vase and limited flowers with grass basically. I can literally make this entire bouquet for $14 at HEB. Happy birthday to me
I loved the arrangement that was delivered. I didn’t order ahead of time I was desperate looked online and the Flower Bucket had great deals at a very affordable price. Ordered online and got same day service with no hassle. Thank you Flower bucket staff. I will let all my friends know how amazing the arrangement came out and how happy I was to have found this place. So if you want to make someone’s day u must order from THE FLOWER BUCKET!! 🌸🌼💜
I had ordered my girlfriend the Sunflower and Rose bouquet along with a balloon and a tip for the designer. The 1st pic is from my order history on their page. As you can see this bouquet is nothing but red roses and sunflowers. So imagine my surprise when my gf sent a pic of them (2nd pic). I contacted them, politely saying I think they mixed my order up with someone else. They said they'd have the designer contact me. When I spoke to her she told me the sunflowers were small so she had to add more flowers to fill it out. She apologized for me not being happy and offered to send my gf some hydrangeas the next day, which kind of felt insulting. I said I'd prefer a bouquet that resembles what I paid for, she assured me it was just a bad angle and I couldn't see everything. She continued not only did i get exactly what I ordered but I got MORE than I paid for. Trust her, when I see the entire bouquet I will be happy. So I had my gf send me the 3rd pic of everything (this is when I noticed there wasn't a balloon) by now they were closed so I messaged them on Facebook and included the pics and pointed out the bouquet I paid for was nothing but red roses and sunflowers(her favorites) with a balloon, what she got was 2 sunflowers, 3 orange roses and a bunch of other flowers and no balloon. If the issue was just small sunflowers why not just include more of those? Or more red roses? The next day, Saturday, I received a call from their # but they didn't leave a message. When I called back they were already closed. Left a message and sent an email but never received any sort of response. I work 7am-7pm Mon-Sat so I am unable to go into the establishment and do not have time for all this phone tag. I feel it is obvious they mixed up the orders and just don't want to admit to it.
I have to thank The Flower Shop for being able to take care of my order so close to Valentines and I was in Mexico. Great job on the roses, she loved them.
First and last time ordering from this place!! My husband ordered me flowers for Valentines ,when I got the flowers they were Roses which was not close to what he ordered,I called them to tell them,of course they gave excuses about not having the flowers,which is not my problem! No courtesy call to let him know, The next day they sent another arrangement it was horrible the flowers did look similar but it was small! No way that was worth $125 dollars! We called FTD and glad we got a refund ,today we took there arrangement back ,she made all these excuses, I did my best to be polite , the point of this review is that My day was ruined and my husband was very upset !! Here are pictures of what he ordered and what I received!!
