Have ordered and purchased from this store in the past, and they do a nice job. However, when I went to place an order to be delivered today, I asked for a photo of the finished arrangement to be emailed along with receipt, since the woman I spoke with said their inventory was a little limited being the end of the week, and she couldn’t guarantee the arrangement would be like the one I saw on their website. As such, I wanted to see what it did look like. Doesn’t seem like too much to ask, especially when spending $100+. I was told they couldn’t do that. I asked why, and was told it was the owner’s policy. Disappointed, but luckily was able to find another local designer who did have the exact arrangement and flowers I wanted.
We loved this store!! So many beautiful flowers and incredible gift items. We will definitely be going back for every occasion!
They went above and beyond on late notice. The selection and store it's self is beautiful. I've had flowers from here for several years, and they are always wonderful! Thank you for making prom special for my daughter!
I cannot say enough amazing things about The Fresh Flower Market! I placed a super last-minute order and they absolutely delivered, not just on time, but within two hours of placing it. I was blown away by their professionalism, quick turnaround, and attention to quality. Despite the short notice, no corners were cut. The arrangement was stunning, exactly like the one pictured online (if not better), and the flowers themselves were incredibly fresh and vibrant. As someone who orders flowers quite often, I can confidently say I've just found my new go-to florist. Their level of service and craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved working with Lisa and Tricia at The Fresh Flower Market. They absolutely know (and love!) their craft, and I so appreciated that they helped me "optimize" the floral arrangements we ultimately chose by suggesting which pieces could be relocated from ceremony to reception to reduce the overall cost. Meeting with Lisa to talk through different types of flowers and combinations was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process, and everyone at FFM was very easy to work with. I'm so glad a friend of mine recommended them for our big day.
