Update: just ordered Taneha and the owner and employee went above and beyond to quickly style my unit so that I could pick it up in time for my company’s Christmas party. It’s always a vibe when I shop here. I absolutely love these women, the quality of the wigs AND the prices. So y’all know people charge $700 plus for units like this in ATLANTA. I could tell that the owner does this to uplift other women rather than profit. I’ve purchased two different units—Amari (with the glasses) Feb 2024 and Olivia Feb 2025. I received so many compliments on both, but especially on Amari! As soon as they restock, I’ll definitely be making another purchase. The women in the store are very sweet, but you can tell they’re used to dealing with security concerns. When I arrived for my pickup this year, I had to ring a doorbell to enter, which was not the same process as last year. Once inside, the woman at the counter seemed a bit cautious until I mentioned I was there for a pickup, then she relaxed and greeted me with a warm smile. Honestly, I don’t blame them. It’s disappointing that some people try to steal especially from a Black-owned business. This isn’t Hair Queen. Respect their space, their time, and their hustle. Once restocked, I will most definitely purchase again.

1. First off, I LOOOVE this place! Everyone is always so friendly and the Customer service everytime is Top Tier. The environment is soo welcoming and each experience is honestly very personable; and I really can appreciate that. It literally feels like family when I come in store for a pick up or install. 2. I purchased my wig going on 2 years ago and I just got it redone again and still LOVE it. The quality is great, and the body be bodying with every head turn. I always get so many compliments on this wig and it literally goes with everything; dressed up or down. It’s also low maintenance, has combs and an adjustable band to secure it. 10/10 recommend! Excellent service! I dropped my wig off to be washed and styled, and the service was phenomenal. I’ve had my wig for about a year, and it looks as good as new! I picked it up and had it installed during my lunch break super fast, easy, and convenient. Thank you again for the amazing work!

BUYERS BEWARE: Over-processed bleaching on wig didn't even last a week! :( Felt compelled to write a review, after no response in over a week I would hate for this to happen to anyone else so please use caution! This is not my first shopping experience with the company, in fact I've spent over $2K in the past couple years as a loyal customer... However this unit is HORRIBLE! For starters, the first night worn I experienced severe tangling in the nape area it was snagging continuously on my jacket and all of my curls had dropped within a few hours. This is when I knew something was wrong! In less than a week the wig was basically unmanageble. It sheds so much, I've deep conditioned multiple times, the hair will not shake back because it was over processed by the stylist. It is apparent that the bleach was left on too long, causing hair to mat continuously and puff up. The few times I wore since I had to brush this hair every 30 minutes or so, it lacks movement and behaves like a synthetic/mixed fiber wig. Texted several times over the past week or so for assistance or at least some guidance but got no help. I assumed things would be handled professionally but it seems since they have gotten my payment there will be no support, resolution, nor any concern to address my issue. BEWARE that there is only a week return window that I read online. Also, called store and spoke with worker Deb on day 7 after no text response back, I was informed via phone that I may ONLY be eligible to get a discount off my next purchase; so I requested a follow-up from management/owner and I still have not heard back from anyone. I have attached photos of the wig as well as a screenshot of the text messages I sent to follow up. Highly disappointed I must admit HairSlangaz dropped the ball with this one, rest assured I will not be purchasing again. UPDATE / Refutation: Yes, I made my initial contact via text & after no response back I then called store directly for guidance. Deb informed me that she was a stylist not management the only solution she could approve a (10% future discount) I politely declined then explained to her that I already have over 15,000 Haircoin's applicable for discounts accumulated from previous purchases on your site in my online account. I requested that management follow up for further consideration that of which never happened yet somehow you felt compelled to respond back ONLY after my verified google review posted? I notice that you also declined to approve my Honest review on your official website due to the low star rating I left but doing so your disabling site viewers from receiving transparency about your wigs quality before buying! I spent OVER $500 on a defective unit a K18 mask nor my professional hairstylist could repair! The wig was un-properly treated during the bleaching process & stripped which destroyed cuticles. The glory you NOW mention restoring to Never was, and if you really wanted to help you would have simply called your customer back to begin with. You chose to provide the only solution you WANTED which was the run around. You had no problem communicating with me to keep my sale after the initial wig I placed my order for was sold out but you still have listed on your site? Wouldn't it have been more effective to personally follow up? I did nothing wrong so if this wasn't intentional, what business ethics do you stand on once you've made a mistake? Lastly, not sure what source you referenced when assuming I had no prior experience with blonde wigs? I own wigs in all shades & NO color can fix/hide over-processing once done; it is was it is! High maintenance & defective are two entirely different concerns. Attached additional photos of the shedding now at only 1 month old... BUYERS PLEASE ask yourself before sending your money is this the type of response that you are comfortable with receiving from a business you supported instead of being provided a viable solution such as replacement/return?
