We had the absolute privilege of working with Carrie as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she managed every detail of our wedding with precision and grace, ensuring everything came together seamlessly. Thanks to her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the day, knowing everything was in perfect hands. Over the course of 10 months, Carrie worked closely with us to bring our vision to life—and calling it perfect feels like an understatement. She and her team operate on another level. Carrie’s warm personality and calming presence made the entire planning process not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. We’re beyond grateful for everything she did to make our day so special.

I had the pleasure of working with Carrie and the Happy Hour Hostess team at a recent wedding in Virginia. As a wedding photographer, I have worked with numerous planners and I can say without a doubt, that Carrie and her team are the best of the best. Not only do they execute vision with attention to the smallest details, but they also bring positive energy, heart, and a can-do team spirit. Carrie always has a smile on her face and her team are a joy to be around. My experience working with the Happy Hour Hostess team was personal, warm, and attentive. I knew from the first moment of interaction that I was working with the experts and I could trust them to provide a flawless experience. 10/10!
After one post-poned wedding, vendors dropping out, and being out of state- I made the decision to hire HHH from a day of coordinator to a partial planner to our 180 person backyard wedding (yes, I know, what was I thinking trying to take it on alone). It was the BEST decision- Krystinia was completely hands on from beginning to end. We had weekly hours long zoom calls going over the details. She was in constant contact with my Aunt (venue) and all the other vendors so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She got the wedding party from the house, to the church, back to happy hour, Bride and groom on a boat and chick-fil-a delivered all on time. She ALSO found me a last minute Caterer 3 months before the wedding. Our wedding wouldn't have happened without Carrie and Krystinia swooping in to save the day. 100/10 recommend!
Nous avons engagé Carrie comme Day of Planner. Ce que nous ne savions pas, c’est que nous allions obtenir de loin le meilleur service que nous aurions jamais pu demander dans ce domaine du mariage. Non seulement Carrie a géré le mariage, mais elle s'est aussi occupée de nos fleurs. Ma femme a conçu la majeure partie de ce mariage avec les conseils experts de Carrie, puis elle l'a rendu vivant. L'attitude et l'éthique de travail de Carrie ont été bien au-delà de tout ce dont nous avions rêvé. J'étais 100 % sceptique à propos d'un Day of Planner, mais je vous le dis maintenant : je ne sais pas comment nous l'aurions fait sans elle.
