I came in stressed, tense, and questioning my life choices… and walked out feeling like a brand-new human. Kara is an absolute magician. Not just a massage therapist — a stress assassin. Every knot I didn’t even know I had simply disappeared. The place itself? Spotless. Calm. Peaceful. The kind of clean that makes you instantly relax. The staff? Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring — not forced smiles, but real warmth. This wasn’t “just a massage.” This was an experience. The kind you keep thinking about the next day and immediately plan your return visit. If you’re even thinking about booking here — stop thinking and just go. Your body will thank you, your mind will thank you, and you’ll probably wonder why you didn’t come sooner.
We drove five hours to experience the spa and it was definitely worth every mile! Myself, my husband and my best friend each received the manicure pedicure and mini facial combo in the zero gravity chairs as well as the head spa experience. It was incredibly relaxing, and every step of each service was mindfully crafted and executed with intention and the upmost professionalism. Beautifully decorated spa gave us a 5 star atmosphere but a welcoming chill vibe.The spa manager, Ashley, was incredible: Giving us a space and room to relax and converse in the relaxation area, but stopping in frequently enough to make sure that she can meet our every need whether it be complementary refreshments or a charcuterie board add-on. I visited the Sanctuary Head Spa in Pineville for the first time and it was absolutely incredible. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, creating a truly tranquil experience the moment you walk in. My massage was nothing short of amazing, one of the best I have ever had. The entire visit felt luxurious, relaxing, and restorative. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.
I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was such a cute place! I loved the ambiance, the serenity, and especially the relaxation room, it really set the tone for a calming experience. The head spa with the light body rub (hands and feet) was nice and relaxing, but not quite what I expected. I thought there would be more actual scalp massage and less of the “washing/rubbing” of my hair. While it was enjoyable overall, I felt the service was a little overpriced for the experience and time. I’m really glad I tried it, but I don’t think I’d book the head spa again. That said, I would definitely consider coming back to try a facial or a traditional massage here because the atmosphere is wonderful.
