I suspect the majority of these reviews are from employees and ownership. I purchased a Versa Therm Hot Tub Heater replacement and within 3 months the couplers started diseitegrating. I noticed black flecks/pieces inside of the hot tub. Soon afterwards the couplers started leaking. I returned the unit to Hot Tub Wharehouse for the 1 year Warranty, which they refused to honor. They claim the Manufacturer said that I probably over tightened the couplers. This is non-sense of courese and does not explain the disentigration of the plastic itself. The customer service refused to hear my concern and offered no help. The Versa Therm products are garbage - lesson learned. Next time it will be Balboa only and not from Hot Tube Wharehouse.
I have been a customer since 2020 during the pandemic. Removal and replacement of old tub was very professional and went very smoothly. Service of new tub has been performed in a timely manner and with friendly clientele. I would highly recommend contacting Chet if considering replacement of your old hot tub or installation of a new one.
We bought from Hot Tub Warehouse Repair could not be more pleased. Chet and his staff are hard-working people who we trust and frequently recommend. He’s a military vet with a can-do attitude. He and his staff have provided superb service at reasonable prices and have a gorgeous showroom we stroll through when dreaming about our next purchase. This is the place to buy your spa!
An Aladdin's Cave of spas with plenty of models on display to choose from. Chet and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. Hauling away and disposing of our old spa was an added bonus. I don't know how they compare price-wise.
