Please beware of this location! They do not advise that you are being signed up for a subscription and have drawn out over $700 from our account. My husband only received 2 treatments and had no benefit from them. We are so disappointed. My husband enjoyed the staff and thought the doctor was nice, but the fraudulent practices caught us by surprise.
The team at The joint chiropractic center was amazing. The chiropractor Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at the front desk helped me and where extremely awesome to work with. Thank you!
Great experience every time I visit! Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Tiffany, Jasmine and Ari are very attentive. Dr. Ratusny and Dr. Kingcaid are very knowledgeable about their treatments. They have greatly helped pain management with adjustments. Highly recommend!

Hi, I think I'm not the only one surprised by this; some other people have experienced the same thing. I went and requested a service for 2 months or 8 sessions. The first month they charged me $98.00, the second month $69.00, which I agreed to, but they continued charging me $69.00 monthly because it turns out it's a membership and the charges are automatic, even though I only requested a service for 8 sessions. I called the place and they told me, "We're sorry, it's your responsibility to have canceled this membership." I didn't ask for a membership, I asked for a service, and I trusted the receptionists when I signed the documents, thinking they were giving me what I asked for, not what they wanted to give me. I didn't even use the service for the two months they've been charging my card. This is a real fraud, and it turns out they can't refund the money. This is truly unpleasant... Attention to all new members, and I say members because this isn't a service, it's a monthly membership $$$$.
