It was my first time ever. I was scared as hell. But the staff at the front desk, and Doctor.G we amazing. I will definitely be coming back for further treatment and telling all my co workers at Starbucks.

I came to this location for the first time, after going to many locations in the past. I’m a military veteran, and my body is pretty banged up. So i was looking forward to this adjustment. I walked in and did the required paper work, and waited my turn, like all of the walk-ins that were waiting. I sat there for 30 minutes. 3 clients who came in after me, all went back before i did. I even clarified with the receptionist that they were walk ins. That was very frustrating.

This review has nothing to do with the people working in the offices. They are really good. When I first started coming the paperwork( to be filled out every 30 days) was 2 pages long. Every year more it gets longer and now it is 12+ pages long. BUT if you sign up for a plan it is only filled out once per year. As a senior on Medicare they can only charge me $29. If I sign up for the minimum plan will cost me inc tax about $35 per visit. Let's make this so difficult that a long time customer walks out and they will never get another dime from me.

5 star experience and ADJUSTMENT!! Dr. Amari is amazing! This was my second visit with her and she made me feel brand new again. I walked in creaking like an old door and walked out feeling factory reset. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr Amari is the chiropractor queen! Please consider bringing Dr. Amari to the Towncenter location full-time! She is absolutely amazing one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever been to. She was incredibly thorough, genuinely cared about my concerns, and I felt noticeable relief right after my visit. We need more doctors like her!
