I started looking for a chiropractor because of frequent headaches, and the improvement has been incredible! I was seen by Dr. Alex and he was very kind and helpful with answering all my questions. The adjustments were comfortable, and after just a few sessions my headaches were significantly reduced. The office is welcoming and clean. Jessalina was helpful at the front with my paperwork and explained the process very clearly. If you’re struggling with headaches and want real relief, go see Dr. Alex!
I had an appointment to be seen at this facility. I had to reschedule the appointment twice, I believe. I arrived for my appointment on time, upon them opening. I signed some papers and waited.. and waited and waited. I waited 33minutes. Finally after 5ish people being seen before me and the chiropractor finally coming out, I said something. At that point the chiropractor was out in the lobby to inquire asking the front desk lady if I had signed some papers. She said no, to which I responded that I had in fact done all the paperwork. I was on the verge of walking out when the chiropractor said he would see me. Now, the waiting really bothered me because this is something I would equate to a Dr visit in the sense that they will be touching my body, doing adjustments, etc. Waiting10/15 minutes, okay.. but being made to wait 30+ minutes without anyone saying anything is unacceptable imo. I went back one more time to see if I felt more comfortable, but I didn’t. It was all a big fat waste of money. I wish they had been more professional day one. The two adjustments I did receive did not make up for the way I was poorly treated.
Great experience every time! Super friendly staff, clean office, and the chiropractor really knows what they’re doing. I felt relief after just a few visits and always leave feeling better. Highly recommend!
