I had an initial consult, assessment, and adjustment with Dr. Shelby yesterday. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and my first adjustment went really well. She made me feel comfortable and overall, the visit was outstanding. I highly recommend The Joint as their walk-in/no appointment feature allows you to drop in anytime for your adjustment (on your provider's scheduled days), making it convenient.
I had a great experience at this clinic today. I came in with lower back pain and was honestly pretty nervous, but the chiropractor was incredibly kind, listened carefully, and explained everything before starting. The treatment was gentle and exactly what I needed.
I’ve been seeing this chiropractor for pain relief and migraines, and the difference has been incredible. The adjustments are gentle but effective, and everything is explained in a way that actually makes sense. The office is always clean, welcoming, and easy to get in and out of, which I really appreciate on busy days. They’re friendly, affordable, and make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for real relief with someone who listens and knows what they’re doing, I definitely recommend them.
Today I waited 15 minutes in the front while a new customer was being checked in. Meanwhile other people piled up behind me, though I was the first in line by a long time other customers we served before me. The adjustments here are ok but the customer service is in need of some serious improvement. If you value your time stay away from this joint.
Today was my first visit to The Joint and I’m very happy I walked in. The front desk person made me feel welcome and explained the new patient process thoroughly. Dr. Dakota was amazing and very patient with me and my nerves. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable with the adjustment before starting. I left feeling like a new person. I’m so grateful for everyone I interacted with today! I look forward to going back for maintenance! Thank you!
