We haven't gone to the keg in over 2 years so I thought updating my review would be worth it. Maya S was our server. We ordered mushrooms Neptune and French onion soup as our appetizers and as always it came out hot and delicious. We had reservations at 445 and was seated right away. Service was amazing . I ordered the teriyaki sirloin as my entree and my hubby ordered the keg burger. Although it was dark inside the ambiance was good.

This restaurant had a warm and cozy ambiance with soft lighting and a fireplace. The service was excellent and the food was too.

It was my anniversary dinner with my wife and yet mixed with a day of sorrow after visiting a good friend in the hospital dying. It is as if the staff were right in sync with where we were at. We were planning on a pleasant experience and still enjoying our anniversary but Logan and the others made it memorable and they were so compassionate and kind. Kind of a strange review to be writing as normally it would be more food oriented but considering all we were going through we still managed to have a great experience and the way the staff were...that is what stuck out in my mind and will be the reason I go back there again. The calamari was amazing and the rest quite good. The Keg has a standard for food quality they uphold but the staff we dealt with tonight...they were above and beyond excellent.

The Keg never disappoints. We had a wonderful meal with great service from Michael T. The guy was excellent with the service he provided. Seemed like it was busy tonight but still had a good atmosphere about it. Very easy to have a conversation over the background noise. We both requested medium steaks and they were done perfectly.

Sorry but I am pretty easy to please but I didn't really enjoy " The Keg" . Last night. We had our 39th Anniversary dinner. 1) Reserving the table on line was easy and quick. 2) Seated quickly by a very happy friendly hostess. To a very nice table. 3) our waiter came over at 4:59 I quickly asked if I could still order a drink on happy hour.. I couldn't because it was too late.. which was fine with me but it set the mood for our waiter.. the was then distant and aloof It wasn't until after we ordered appetizers, drinks and pricey entree's did he realize it was going to be a fairly large bill. He figured there was a good tip, so he tried a little. He still got 20 percent begrudgingly on my end. The food delivery staff deserved the tip they were great.. I wasn't thrilled.. the bearnaise tasted like clarified butter.. couldn't even pretend there was tarragon in it. I feel I could have paid a lot less and recieved better service pretty well anywhere else.. p.s. I've never rated below 5 stars. I usually can find the good in most places.. almost 100.00 each should have
