Very thoughtful and helpful when deciding how much length to cut! I went in determined to donate my hair, and it was such a big deal for me. I’m so grateful Anya made the whole experience less scary and genuinely pleasant!
This was my second appointment with Sandra. The first was the haircut I tried to achieve for a decade with a multitude of hairdressers, only to end up with an ole lady bob that looked like that minion. She achieved a multitude-layered cut that gave me that sassy senior coif that was easy enough for this lifelong tomboy to style. I work as a bartender so first impressions are very important and I received compliments every shift I worked including 3 on NYE for my haircut done in October! I was so impressed that I brought my daughter who absolutely loved her cut as much as I loved mine, including a second fresh version of shorter layers because I knew I could trust Sandra to keep my grey locks looking youthful. Did I mention the shampoo is like a 5-star spa massage? Obviously, I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been but will add that the usual hour appointment is an hour and half of pampering and self-care!

I went to Katalina for a cut and then came back for a color! I’m obsessed! She listened to what I wanted, she’s super friendly and I felt super comfortable the whole time. Honestly the whole salon was great. Everyone I had an interaction with made me feel very welcome and that’s not something that happens when going to a new salon. I’ll for sure be back!
Lab A Salon is hands down one of the best salons around — the vibe is super chill, the space is welcoming, and the entire team is friendly and professional. I’ve been seeing Catalina for many years now, and she’s nothing short of incredible. Recently, I went in to change up my hair color for the fall, and she absolutely nailed it. I had a vision in mind, and she brought it to life perfectly — the color turned out even better than I imagined. Catalina always listens closely, offers great suggestions, and has such a talent for both coloring and cutting. Her blowouts are flawless, and her Brazilian straightenings leave my hair smooth, shiny, and easy to manage. She’s also just a genuinely kind and easygoing person, which makes every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I always walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and totally taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows hair, Catalina is it!
