I recently visited again after not stopping by for nine months, and it felt like reconnecting with old friends—Aaron and Tyler made me feel instantly welcome. Do it, you'll love them! Great prices, clean cozy atmosphere, and amazing employees. I've been getting Dysport for about 3 years now and was looking for a new place to try because I wasn't super happy with the last place I was going to. I was drawn to The LAB's website because first of all they have Xeomin, which ngl I am not interested in personally but I haven't seen that offered at many places and was super impressed, but what got me was that they have an incredible membership rate for Botox. I haven't tried Botox before but was not opposed, so I joined their membership and banked a couple months of units and just went in today for my appointment. They also have Alle! Loved the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the provider, and I was not pressured to buy anything I didn't inquire about and they didn't even try to push their skincare on me like the other places tend to. Although they did have the good brands fyi if you like them. They're very upfront about pricing (listed on the website even) and expectations, they didn't hurt my feelings about what I could use done after asking my goals, and have amazing options available for treatments to help some of my skin issues. Really impressed with the cleanliness of everything too, it was pretty immaculate in there. They also loaded the syringes in the room in front of me and told me exactly how many units and where they were putting them which I also found a green flag. I don't love when they have them preloaded or do it outside of the room (cuz why?). Anyways tbd about my results in 2 weeks when it settles but I really liked them and will see how my follow-up goes! Unless Botox doesn't work for me compared to Dysport I'm probably going to be a lifelong customer.
Amazing staff, welcoming environment. Down to earth- not pretentious at all! I’ve been to other med spas that were uppity and felt unwelcoming. Not this place. Super clean and beautiful facility and my micro needling was so comfortable. I definitely got 5 star service. Very much a fancy spa feel in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
I absolutely love this place. From the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted with a smile. They always know who I am. I've seen several providers there and they all are amazing. They customize my service for me and support me in every way that I need. This place is a vibe!
Love, love this Med Spa! Very professional, guided me through the process as well as answered all of my questions. Very seasoned PA that I highly recommend! Delightful personalities and felt at home as soon as I walked through the doors! Thrilled with my filler! I WONT go anyplace else now! Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!
