Everything was going okay up until the end of my joint custody battle. Once the joint custody battle was over I asked Jermey if he could send me a copy of my new up to date parenting schedule documents explaining the new times and dates that I would get my child. I need the documents for my daughter’s school. Our last court date Jermey told me that he would send them to me but he never did. I’ve emailed him and called his office multiple times. I was told by his assistant that they would talk to Jermey and then give me call back, they have not done so yet it’s going on 3 weeks.

I hired Jeremy Levy to assist me in obtaining shared parenting for my son. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my clear desire for more time with my child, the outcome of the case was far from satisfactory. I was awarded visitation only on Wednesdays for 2 and half hours and every other weekend. When I expressed my desire for a reevaluation of the custody arrangement, Jeremy Levy advised me to wait for a year. This delay seemed unreasonable, and I felt as though my child's best interests were not being adequately considered. I would not recommend Jeremy Levy to anyone seeking legal representation in family law matters.
I hope this review can help another domestic violence victim facing a similar situation feel confident in knowing that Jeremy is the right person to hire. I had an extremely difficult divorce case. I actually filed for protection and divorce all the way back in 2019 and had multiple lawyers work on the case ultimately getting nowhere.
