Be careful when purchasing from LBD Shop online. They have a strict no returns policy on sale items that wasn’t easily discoverable, and now I am stuck with shoes that don’t fit me. They also sent me the shoes without a box, which I have never experienced with the level of pricing for a nice pair of shoes. When I asked about this, they never replied. Disappointing.
The LBD shop has become my favorite place to shop, not only does it have a great range of lovely high quality designer clothing but excellent customer service as well. With thoughtful, personalized advice on how to style each piece to make it shine, it's easy to create the perfect capsule wardrobe, with classic and fun pieces that always look great together. I always have an enjoyable time shopping here and walk away with new pieces that I love! I would highly recommend visiting if you are looking to elevate your wardrobe!
A little gem in the heart of Brisbane. Got styled for my Christmas party next week in Melbourne with a designer piece from Europe that i am going to keep secret. Thanks for the amazing experience and I will be back.
The shop has decent offering in labels (Diane Van Furstenberg) for Brisbane which is why I visited the shop. I tried on some dresses but was mortified when the assistant opened the curtain when I was partially clothed, absolutely not okay. Anything in that store I can purchase online.
