I’ve been to this place before and I loved it. I’m not a fussy customer usually. Today I needed an urgent nail removal and shellac on and that was the closest salon. When I walked in the first thing I asked was how long it was gonna take. Then the girl asked what I wanted. I said removal and shellac and she said yes that would be $60. Anyone would think that was the cost for both service. I didn’t bother to check the price for removal because she gave me a price without asking for it. I mean I have no problem if their removal price is $60. I’d just go to another place if I want it done at a cheaper price. by the time my acrylic removal was done, I had to rush to work and so I had to cancel the shellac. I assumed without the shellac the price would be something under $60. The same girl was there and said it was $60. I told her that I couldn’t get the shellac because of time and she said okay let me just ask my other colleague. Then she comes back and says the removal itself is $60. I was confused and confronted her that she said the shellac and removal was $60. I had my friend with me who heard the same thing. then another colleague explains it to me and all I’m thinking is how the girl who talked me through it at the beginning knows what she said but is denying and she didn’t even apologise. All I needed was a simple “I’m sorry I was confused” because I assumed she was new there. Overall it was a misunderstanding but could’ve been approached in a different way.
I recently started coming here, and I’m so impressed with the skills of the technicians, as well as the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon. The staff and the owner are incredibly kind and friendly, especially love Sue. This has definitely been the best salon experience I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be a regular customer going forward ❤️
Absolutely love this place. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely and you can really feel the care they put into every appointment. You’re never rushed and the attention to detail in their work is consistently beautiful. You definitely get what you pay for here and for me that means relaxing in a calm, lovely space and knowing I’ll walk out with a great result every time. I’d much rather that than a busy shopping-centre salon where you’re rushed in and out just to save a few dollars. On my last visit I had the cutest love-heart French nails done and they were perfect. If you value quality, consistency and an experience that actually feels enjoyable, this place is a gem.
I had an amazing pedicure experience at The Library Nail Salon! The staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive to detail. They made sure I was comfortable and checked my preferences throughout the service. The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even better. My pedicure turned out perfect—neat, smooth, and long-lasting. I’m extremely happy with the result! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-quality pedicure. I was a bit surprised to see mixed reviews because my experience here has always been really positive. The salon is often busy, but in my opinion that’s usually a good sign — people don’t keep coming back to a place they’re unhappy with. Despite the high traffic, the staff have consistently been kind, calm, and attentive, and I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. My nails today turned out beautifully with very clean details, and the technician took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Good work does take time, and I actually appreciate that they don’t rush through their services. Everyone’s expectations and preferences are different, but from what I’ve personally experienced, this salon provides lovely service and great quality. I’m very happy with my visit and will continue returning. 💅✨
