Being new to the area she has been outstanding in assisting me with finding people to check my pool and relay questions to the previous owners. Oh, I might need to mention that I closed several weeks ago. She is still helping me with items that pop up. She is amazing! It is nice to see her commitment to customer service, especially in the world we live in today. If you need a realtor that is trustworthy and won’t leave you on your own after closing. Heather is absolutely Wonderful!! We only had one and a half days to see homes and buy one and she really delivered! Then proceeded to oversee work we needed done as we didn’t live in Memphis. The house is for our daughter in medical school and a couple weeks ago, 4 months after buying it, we needed plumbing done and Heather came to the rescue, scheduled a plumber and met him there since our daughter was overwhelmed with classes. If you are buying or selling in Memphis call her, you will NOT be disappointed!
