Really great experience with everyone at this establishment. Clean place and friendly. They gave my dog a 5 hour assessment which made me very comfortable knowing all the other dogs they take on would go through the same before being allowed to play and interact. They also gifted us a feee overnight stay to use and our puppy came home so happy from both her assessment and overnight stay. They allowed her to have a few toys and her blanket which was so nice. And we were able to use her food and treats as well. They ask lots of questions and write down everything you come in with including your dogs schedule. They take notes on your dog during its playtime and who they play with. They give you a nice progress report on your dog when you pick them up. I look forward to having some training done for our puppy and would highly recommend this spot for your dogs playday daycare or overnight. They really care and go the extra mile.
Love this place. I have a dog that is very fearful and awkward. The staff have done an amazing job working with my dog to bring her out of her shell while there. Staff is always so kind and accommodating as much as they can. 100% recommend for daycare or boarding.
From my work account 3 years ago: I have a Husky mix who’s a handful, mindful but energetic. The staff have always been patient and loving towards Luna. I feel blessed to live close enough to use Local Bark. Last year I traveled almost 70% of the time for work. If it wasn’t for them I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten by… EDIT: I have since moved to Midtown Sacramento so I no longer go there but or Pomeranian gets groomed at their Power Inn location "Response from the owner 2 years ago Oh Luna! 🤗 She keeps us on our toes and we love that crazy girl so much! Amazing staff. Reasonable prices. All types of services from Daycare and Boarding, to Grooming, to Day Training, Boarding School, and Puppy Prep School. THEY EVEN HAVE A WALK-IN POOL MADE SPECIAL FOR THE DOGS!! Large & Small Dogs are welcome, as well as PITBULL FRIENDLY!!! You can tell the staff LOVE dogs, and genuinely care about what they do. Very trustworthy, welcoming, and easy to leave your pets with. The girls at the front desk and attentive and polite, and make things like checking-in your dog, or providing any information needed about the business easy. I highly recommend The Local Bark for all your Dog Care, Boarding, Grooming, Training, and occasional swimming needs!
Notre chien passe un super moment chez Local Bark... il rentre toujours à la maison heureux et fatigué. C'est génial qu'ils aient une piscine qu'il peut apprécier, l'une des raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi Local Bark dès le départ. Les installations semblent très propres et le personnel est toujours sympa. Oh, et ils publient des photos tous les jours sur leur page Facebook... c'est sympa de voir ce que votre chien a fait récemment. Je recommande vivement !
