Travis did an excellent job explaining our plumbing needs and promptly lined up Gage and Kevin to effectuate the repairs. Gage and Kevin completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. All three gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Local Plumber for your plumbing needs.
I had an amazing experience with this plumbing service! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done perfectly. What stood out most was how friendly and respectful they were — it really made the whole experience stress-free. They even offered me a military discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not often you find a company that takes pride in both their work and customer service. Daniel from The Local Plumber arrived on time, reviewed the work order and verified the estimate price. I hired them to remove & install a new kitchen faucet & garbage disposal (which I supplied). In starting the removal process, Daniel showed me that the existing shut off valves were not working, so I had him replace those as well. Daniel kept me informed of what he was doing, explained the features of the new faucet & GD, and cleaned everything up and showed me that everything was working with no leaks. He was here about 2 1/2 hours. I’m very pleased with the work & the price and definitely recommend The Local Plumber for your plumbing needs. I also received 2 other quotes and The Local Plumber was the cheapest of the 3 and did great work.
We have hired the Local Plumber three times now. We had both hose spigots on our exterior replaced due to age/leaking as well as on/off valves on the lines in our crawl space. We also had them fix a leaking old refrigerator line in our crawl space and we lastly had them add a drain, and on/off to our cold water on the hot water heater.. and a overhaul of it as well (flush it out and replace elements). The gentleman who came out to assess things, Travis, is an awesome guy and very straight forward. The plumber who did the repairs, Daniel H, also a great guy. Both of these guys were super friendly and nice, and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. We will continue to hire The Local Plumber as long as we live in this area!
I don’t like piercing saddle valves. I don’t trust them. Recently moved into a house with saddle valves for ice maker and humidifier and another that was abandoned. The Local Plumber replaced them with proper piping and valves. They were very prompt on their estimate, scheduling the service call and completing the work. Pictures are before and after.
