I needed a replacement cast iron radiator for my bathroom as the existing one was leaking. I contacted several companies, but most said I would need to source the radiator myself and that they would only install it. A few also said they would get back to me and never did. I felt anxious about sourcing it myself, as I was worried about getting the wrong size, and much preferred leaving it in expert hands. The London Plumbing Company responded straight away and arranged for someone to visit my home promptly to take measurements for a new radiator. They kept me fully informed and explained that an off-the-shelf radiator wouldn’t fit, so they arranged a made-to-order version instead. Once it arrived, they booked the installation immediately. As the radiator was extremely heavy, they sensibly arranged for two engineers to carry it upstairs. The installation went smoothly with no issues at all. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, and the communication with Julian throughout the whole process was excellent. After some disappointing experiences with other heating services in the past, this was a huge relief. I will definitely be using London Plumbing Company again for future work and would highly recommend them.
The service provided was excellent. Special mention to Charlie who was so hardworking and got the job done perfectly!
Great experience with this company. The plumber came around in advance to give an estimate on how long the job would take, got the job booked in for the following morning and got everything done within the estimated timeframe. Fast, professional and efficient. Will definitely work with again in the future.
Very happy with such a quick and reasonably priced service. We went to bed with a broken boiler displaying a serious fault code. We put a call out for assistance, and I received a swift response with a clear price for a visit the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered, and replaced within the day by a polite and understanding member of staff. Given the fault, I suspect less honest businesses could have pushed for more service/new boiler, so we were very grateful for the honesty, and the quick service. I wont leave a photo, as a working boiler isn't that exciting, but we are delighted..
Highly competent, efficient, tidy and polite. I would highly recommended this plumbing firm. They came on time and quickly fixed the leak. There have been no problems at all since. Communications were great throughout. If we have an problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.
