The experience my husband and I had was amazing and we loved every moment ! Everything was very easy going and easy to book . Sue was amazing with communication and just getting everything together we will definitely be booking again. !!!
On 1/20/26, I booked Luxe Galore Studios for a February 14 Save-the-Date photo shoot, but was later told (1/22/26) the studio would be closed that day. All communication was with Sue, whose follow-through was extremely poor. She initially asked me to check with my vendors about rescheduling and told me to follow up via text—then stopped responding. I explained that changing or canceling the booking would cause me to forfeit a vendor deposit and asked whether the studio would reduce the rate to account for fees caused by their cancellation. Sue said she would follow up and never did. When I followed up 1/23/26, Sue confirmed no rates would be adjusted but I could continue with a new date. I then requested to cancel and receive a refund due to the time-sensitive nature of the shoot. Sue said she would speak with her partner and follow up. That never happened. By the following Monday, I discovered the deposit had been silently refunded with no communication at all. While the refund was appreciated, the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and basic professionalism made this a frustrating experience. Bad business…
Sue was a dream host. Yvonne was a great communicator. We are so blessed for this space! Strongly recommend. OK, we’re checked out. Thank you again guys. You were fantastic and y’all and y’all won.
If you’re looking for a dope spot to create high-quality content, Big Luxe Galore Studio is where it’s at — and Big Sue, the manager, makes the whole experience even better. She’s super cool, laid-back, and easy to work with, but still professional and on point. The studio is versatile — perfect for shooting music videos, interviews, brand content, or any kind of creative project. What I really appreciated is that you can bring your own camera crew, which gives you even more creative freedom. The sets? Next level. They look realistic and luxury, not cheap or overdone. Everything from the lighting to the layout feels curated for content creators who want that upscale vibe without breaking the bank. Big Luxe Galore has definitely earned a spot on my go-to list for production. Shoutout to Big Sue for making the whole process smooth and stress-free
Love this studio! Beautiful diverse spaces that are easy to use and a glam room for getting ready. Sue, the manager was helpful and kind. I will definitely be back
