I had an amazing experience here from start to finish; from the girls at the front desk, to my treatment, and the follow up visit. The clinic environment is very welcoming and beautifully decorated and situated. All of the staff has been very courteous, attentive, and informative throughout my treatment and advice. My injector Hillary was very thorough and diligent, I couldn’t be happier with my results! Would recommend to all!

The providers here did an incredible, and thorough job creating a comprehensive guide for my HRT, weight loss, and wellness goals. I feel like every question or concern was met with an open mind and a safe transparency to make sure we’re on the same page for the best health plan moving forward.

I went in for micro-needling and am already having amazing results. Hilary has been incredibly kind, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The space itself is super clean, calm, and welcoming - exactly the kind of environment you want for a treatment like this. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend!

I came in wanting help with weight loss and to improve my overall energy levels, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ms. Kennedy took the time to sit down with me and really get to know my goals. She carefully explained all of the available options and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed, pressured, or confused, which I truly appreciated. It felt more like a personal consultation rather than just another appointment. They also had a great deal that included lab work and an InBody scan, which gave me a better understanding of where I’m at and what I can work on. Ms. Hilary did my blood work and she was absolutely amazing. If you’re someone who doesn’t like needles, you honestly won’t feel it at all—she made the process quick and painless. Overall, the entire experience was very positive. The team was extremely kind, informative, and supportive, and I left feeling confident and motivated about my health journey. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional guidance, personalized care, and a welcoming environment.

I recently had an initial consult at Serotonin Medspa to learn about the various services they offer and what I might be the right fit for. When scheduling and upon check-in, Kennedy was very helpful and friendly. Hilary was warm and knowledgeable when discussing an individualized skin care plan for me. She took the time to share different options and the pros and cons of each. Additionally, Serena was also knowledgeable and very kind in describing information on infusions and memberships. She was very accommodating to my personal needs and made me feel valued. I look forward to returning soon and am very grateful to the team at Serotonin :)
