Un joyau du quartier qui accueille des musiciens de tous âges avec un enseignement attentif et expert.
Situé au 5810 York Rd à Baltimore, The Music Workshop accueille des musiciens de tous âges et de tous niveaux. Les avis soulignent des instructeurs attentifs et un propriétaire impliqué, Jim Jones. Please, if you are searching for a music school that genuinely cares about its students, search no further. I found this school when my son expressed interest in piano lessons. He stopped the lessons to pursue other interests, but I have since taken over his lessons. I love my music teacher, Ray, and I feel like my voice has grown tremendously with working with her. The owner, Jim, is also kind, courteous, and understanding. Between the two of them I have accomplished things I didn’t even know possible and have faith that I can and will only do more. I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate the kindness and care shown to me at this institution, but if you are looking, and are on the fence, or weighing multiple options… I’d strongly encourage you to give them a call. I know you won’t be disappointed.

Loved my lessons. At 31 you too can start pursuing a passion! Thanks Jim and Ray for being such pleasant ppl to work with. My relationship with singing has changed drastically in six months. I really cant say good enough things about this little place. I will be back when circumstances are more in my favor!

And also can't say enough good things about the owner Jim Jones who is hands on with parents to make sure we have a great experience at every visit!

The Music Workshop is a great space for musicians of all ages and skill levels. I personally took guitar lessons with Sean. He is very knowledgeable and patient. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly as well. They were also willing to accommodate the times where I needed to reschedule my lessons. I highly recommend taking lessons here.

We LOVE the Music Workshop! Our son has been taking piano lessons there for 6 years and has worked with 4 of the instructors- each with their own unique qualities, and all very encouraging. Twice a year there are recitals, which include a vast array of musicians (ages 4 to 78) playing guitar, piano, drums, stringed instruments, voice and more. This neighborhood gem is worth every cent (and it’s comparatively inexpensive!).
