This was my very first experience at NOW! The environment is a complete, tranquil escape surrounded with soothing ocean sounds and mood lighting. I was so relaxed the moment I stepped into my private room. Crawford G has an incredible technique and is very professional.I suffer from tech neck and I could feel my body healing on the table. I will book a 90 minute next time with Crawford. 50 mins is not enough.
I’ve been coming here since June, and every experience has been exceptional. The space is beautifully designed, and the gentle ocean sounds create such a calming atmosphere throughout the massage. The customer service is always excellent, with clear and thoughtful communication every time. Recently, I’ve been seeing Jose, and I highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys medium pressure paired with a beautifully slow, steady massage cadence.
I cannot say enough great things about Vincente. From the moment the session began, it was clear that he is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and truly passionate about his work. He took the time to listen to what my body needed and tailored the massage perfectly, balancing deep therapeutic work with relaxation. Vincente has an amazing ability to find and release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and genuinely restored—not just relaxed for an hour, but better for days afterward. His professionalism, calming presence, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is knowledgeable, intentional, and truly invested in your well-being, Vincente is the one. This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I will be there monthly!
I’ve had hundreds of massages and Crystal is one of the most incredible massage therapists I have ever encountered. I got a deep tissue with gua sha and she is an expert in both. I have serious pain and issues from combat sports and desk work and I felt brand new afterward. It’s necessary to use intense pressure on me and a lot of therapists can’t do it. But she can. I was amazed how quickly she was somehow able to identify every knot and then completely get rid of them. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I will definitely be back. Also the wave sounds are cool
I had never had a Gua Sha message until today, and it was absolutely incredible. Crystal understood exactly what I was looking for and trusting her judgment when describing what my needs for massage were was an easy decision. Crystal comes highly recommended by both her clients and colleagues for, what I am sure are, several reasons. For me, her calm and inviting nature as well as her sheer dedication to your experience (and undeniable skills) are why I recommend her and why I’ll be returning. Great environment and a 10/10 experience overall.
