Cannot recommend this place enough! Vibes are lux, and the space is super clean and cozy. Ive been seeing my favorite masseuse Margarita for a few months, she is insanely talented at her craft. Incredibly knowledgeable and in touch with tension & how to reduce it long term. My back issues overall have drastically decreased since keeping her sessions on my calendar. On top of just high quality service, she is super nice and her energy is wonderful. Shes the best, you won’t be disappointed.
I tried their membership system twice for about a year, with around 5 different therapists. Robyn was the only reason I signed up for my membership the second time (she’s good and professional). But the front desk girl is not very professional or friendly, and they once randomly asked me to change my therapist last minute when they require customers to notify 12 hrs prior to the appointment time and charge them a fee otherwise. They are not top-notch/luxury but are an okay option. Experience depends a lot on the therapist (one girl was literally pulling my hair while doing scalp massage, and the other one put too much oil and barely put any pressure). The bed is too cold for me during the winter but they don’t really ask for the preference. Reasonable membership price. There’s always a wait time before the appointment.
This is my second massage from Robyn. She was absolutely wonderful both times. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed.. she clearly knows what she’s doing. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Robyn and look forward to booking with her again!
This space is not for everyone. If you've had top notch service and massages before, prepare to be underwhelmed. A friend of mine was gifting me a credit after deciding to cancel their membership. It was approved by the manager before he even offered the credit to me, yet when I called to make the appointment I was told my friend would have to call it in. So we did that, which delayed me scheduling my appointment until the next week. Again, I called to schedule the appointment and was told my friend would have to call in again to confirm the credit switch, I informed them that my friend had already called and emailed to confirm the switch. They opted to call my friend to confirm the switch after scheduling my appointment. The actual day of the appointment, I came in and was greeted warmly, I was offered water, and I thought the cucumber infused water was a nice touch. I drank the cup while waiting for my appointment. The masseuse came out and we were standing in a small foyer between the waiting room and the massage room, she rushed through questions about what I was looking for in my massage that day and if there was any focal points I had in mind. I thought this was unusual space to talk about this but when walking into the back room I realized why we had stopped there. Everything was divided by curtains, no more walls, you can hear the people in the stalls next to you shifting around. Now they do provide ear plugs, but I have a sensory thing so I can't put things like that in my ears and find comfort. The massage itself was decent, I've just had better skilled massages in my life to compare it to so I'd give it an average rating. Then upon leaving I stopped by to leave a tip for the therapist, and they tried to charge me for the full service instead of applying the credit that I had already gone back and forth with them about prior to booking. Then they tell me I wasn't supposed to be able to receive the credit since my friend had canceled his membership. Which wasn't true because I had seen the communication my friend had made with the manager to ensure all of this had been approved. The back end administration has a lot of flaws and loose ends. This easily could have been a 3 or 4 star review had the service been been on point. I did not like to atmosphere, or the service and unfortunately I feel bad for the therapist working here because there's no way they are providing them with adequate professional development. Again, to each there own, this place is not for me.
I drove into town and was so sore the next day. I booked an appt with Ashley. She was phenomenal. Paid attention to problem areas, communicated throughout regarding firmness. Was THE BEST massage experience I’ve ever had.
