Randy and his team are amazing!!! - I had a last-minute holiday trip, new in Oakland, and after seeing the reviews and being in contact with Randy, I knew this was the place. The passion Randy and his team has, it is visible from the first time. He took care of my baby Pepe so well. Professional service from the meet and greet to the moment I picked him up, without mentioning the daily updates along with the flexibility the team displayed. Randy is an authentic dog lover. We had no worries knowing our pup was in The Pack's care while away. They are well organized, loving to all the animals and understanding of each of their needs. They are one impressive team! 100% recommended.

Randy is a stand up guy and you can tell he really cares about dogs and his customers. My husband and I boarded our dog Marcy with him and when we contacted Randy with some issues that came up, he took immediate action to try and come to a resolution and find out what went wrong. Although we didn’t have a great experience at The Pack because of said issue, I felt compelled to leave a good review because of the integrity and accountability that Randy showed, and we know that what happened to us was a one off incident. The way he handled the problem when it came up says a lot about him and the business, and this is the type of person you want caring for your dog. We also appreciated his responsiveness to our many questions before we boarded our dog, and the video/picture updates we received during her stay.

Have boarded my dog multiple times and the name says it all: “The Pack”! My furry friend Sokka has loved staying with Randy and I've enjoyed the peace of mind of leaving him with someone I can trust! The facility is very clean and well kept and every time I show up the drop offs and pick ups are efficient and friendly! Furthermore Randy even offered to drop my pup off for me (I live very close to their location) when my car battery had died while I was out of town! Talk about above and beyond service! Sokka is looking forward to his next stay and I would highly recommend The Pack Fruitvale for anyone who needs to board their dog for a trip!
