Very good tea room for a little me-time or catching up with friends. The scones are good, finger sandwiches are fresh and good variety. Such a lovely place to enjoy light or high tea.

The Palace Tea Room at QVB is a stunning place. The seating is beautiful and elegant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The service was very good—attentive and welcoming. We ordered the hot chocolate and the chocolate shake, and both were absolutely excellent, rich, and delicious. A lovely spot for a cozy treat in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.
We’ve visited this place a couple of times for brunch, and it consistently impresses us with its good food, great service, and warm atmosphere. I usually order the eggs benedict, and it always comes out delicious — perfectly balanced, especially when paired with ham. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. With so many cafés inside the QVB, this one truly stands out. Definitely a spot I’d recommend checking out when you’re in the building.
Came here last Tuesday for lunch. We ordered fish and chips, finger sandwiches, cappuccino, hot chocolate and tea. Impressed by the ambience, the generous portion, delish taste and excellent service. Will return for afternoon tea. It's best to take the train to town hall or Uber. Parking is exorbitant.
