My 2 gsd attenting the grooming in the Pet Palace and can't complain, especially where both are quite loud (lol gsd for you) They always smell fresh for weeks. At least I don't need to do nails (hate it myself) Food is great my 2 dogs love the raw and dry. Defo good place to take your doggo 😉 Ps. They even got prezzies for Christmas 😘
I’ve been coming to the pet palace since it opened and I would not trust anyone else with my girl. Alice and her team are fantastic and Naala always comes back home happy, fresh and clean. The shop is always well stocked with pet food, treats and accessories the grooming area is spotless and has a lovely calming environment. We will see you soon for Naala’s next groom!

What an exceptional place! The team here are incredibly caring and considerate of the animals. I've taken both of my dogs here, and my one dog is fear aggressive and the team did so well with him. He's not the kind of dog who likes being touched, so has never been groomed before now (he's 7y/o). The team worked wonders on him, definitely dog whisperers. I honestly can't recommend and thank The Pet Palace team enough!!! They also have an amazing selection of treats and food for your beloved pets. They really do want the best for our animals. Always parking available which is an added bonus.
I was thoroughly impressed with the dog grooming service provided by Pet Palace. Securing a next-day appointment was quick and convenient, requiring just a £10 deposit online, with the remaining balance settled after the session. The grooming itself was of exceptional quality—my dog has never smelt so good. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.
