Åse Was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t recommend enough. It was my first time at The Players Lounge after growing out my hair for 4-5 months. Åse understood exactly what I was looking for and with her expertise and guidance I got exactly the cut I had in mind. From the minute I walked in the door I received the warmest of welcomes (and coffee!) from Emily, and i was made to feel like I had already been a client for years. I’ll absolutely be back and think I have found a salon for life 😊 Thanks again guys! Andy
This was my first visit to players lounge, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. I had an express facial and my skin has never felt so good and healthy on my face before, Graeme did my facial and he made sure I was comfortable and guided me through the entire process. I've actually booked in for another express facial next month and plan to go once every month for a skin care routine seeing as I very much enjoyed the experience today!
I’ve been going to The Players Lounge for almost a year now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always book my haircut with Jen, and I wouldn’t change that—she’s simply the best. Consistently professional, skilled, and pays great attention to detail every single time. The shop has a great atmosphere, and the quality is always top tier. Highly recommend, especially if you can book with Jen.
Had a great experience at the Players Lounge. Booked in for a restyle as I was looking for a big change going from long to short hair. Team was super welcoming and friendly. Lindsay who looked after me was lovely. We had a chat about what changes I was looking for. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind, figured out some details and got started. The finished result was literally exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier. (The music in the salon is also great!)
The are all experts at their craft, personable yet professional, and obviously they know what they’re on about. I’ve been a client with Jen for a few months now and they are incredibly attentive and phenomenal at what they do. They have not let me down once, and are willing to go the extra mile to help you feel and look your best. I spent about 6 months finding a place/someone to cut my hair before finally choosing here and Jen, and now I don’t believe I can go anywhere else. Any one here will do a phenomenal job, but as a client, i want to extend an extra thank you to Jen for being perfect at what they do! Give The Players Lounge a shot, I promise they will not let you down.
