I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent order of the “Loaded Nachos” with extra protein (additional $3). I was told at the register that the protein would be carne asada. However, what was served is ground beef, and the portion size was extremely small for what was labeled as “extra protein.” When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that this amount was indeed considered extra protein, which was disappointing given the additional charge. Additionally, all of the toppings were placed only on the top layer of chips, leaving most of the chips underneath completely dry. I had to mix everything together just to evenly distribute the toppings, which took away from the overall quality and experience. Loaded nachos should be layered so that the entire dish is enjoyable, not just the top portion. I’ve been a customer for a long time and remember when quality and consistency were much stronger. This experience felt like a noticeable step down from what I’ve come to expect. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it’s taken into consideration moving forward. Nice sports complex with a good range of activities. This review is only for the food shop, since I couldn’t find a separate page for them. I don’t recommend ordering food here. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The lady at the counter seemed frustrated even when we just asked a simple question. The fries we got were burnt, and the sandwiches were way too greasy. My son first ordered his sandwich without cheese but then changed his mind. They charged us full price for the first order (which I understood), but when I asked if they could just add cheese, they charged me again. When I questioned it, I was told, “That’s the kitchen rule, don’t order if you think it’s not fair.” I ended up paying again just to make my son happy, but the whole experience felt very unreasonable.
Amazing sports complex with: - Multiple enclosed fields, including a unique blacklight skating rink and dedicated pickleball/badminton courts. - A fantastic arcade. - A convenient food court. Arcade (5/5): Featured a large variety of games, from thrilling racing and shooting games (including an immersive VR headset experience!) to skeeball and other standard arcade classics. Truly a blast! Pickleball courts (3/5): The flooring consisted of plastic tiles, which unfortunately didn't provide much bounce for the ball.
Fun place for an afternoon as they have so many different options for things to do. My friends and I played bocce ball and soccer. The arcade games are also really fun to run around for a few hours. Highly recommend for a birthday party as the staff was incredibly helpful and the place was clean!
We were hired to play for a private party at this facility. Not only did we have a good time, we had fun throughout the building. This place has everything you can think of when it comes to fun. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing. I can't wait to come back. This time instead of DJing, I want to play.
